Matthew 6:5-15 (NKJV) (we do not copy this or
repeat it. It is given as an example of how we should pray to the Father.)
5 “And when you pray, you
shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the
synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men.
Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. 6 But you, when you pray,
go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will
reward you openly. 7 And when you pray, do
not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard
for their many words. 8 “Therefore do not be like them. For
your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him. 9 In this manner,
therefore, pray:
Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
10 Your kingdom come.
Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts,
As we forgive our debtors.
13 And do not lead us into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
Hallowed be Your name.

14 “For if you forgive men
their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not
forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
My Comments: Oh loved ones do you know Jesus waits to forgive
you of all of your sin. He went to the Cross on Calvary
so that All may have life eternal. He suffered and died shedding His precious
blood so All may live abundantly in and with Him as coheirs of the Kingdom
of God our Father. He did all of
this because He does not want any to go to Hell. I pray you choose His
forgiveness.
Please do not think that whatever you have done in your life
will stop you from receiving the gift of eternal life. Only you can do that as
God has given All freewill. All any have to do to become God’s children is seek
the forgiveness of Jesus (repent means confess your sin and turn away from it)
and accept Him as your Savior believing in His life, death and resurrection.
He is the one foretold from the beginning and He was from
the beginning, He is and ever shall be. He created All. He has the power to
forgive All and He loves All.
If you accepted His free gift of Salvation and have walked
away doing your own thing, setting up idols and not following His word then
repent and turn back knowing He will forgive you and strengthen and guide you with
the Holy Spirit. Get into a strong Bible believing teaching Church with a
congregation who though flawed are reading the word and are loving Jesus and
are filled with the Holy Spirit. Your need the brothers and sisters in the Lord
to help you and they need you as well. God loves you and Jesus died for you and
sent the Holy Spirit to guide you. Listen to Him today and be filled.
I pray these verses with the guidance of and prompting of
the Holy Spirit will encourage you to read and study the Scriptures to know and
grow closer in a walk and relationship with the Lord Jesus the Messiah, the Son
of God. He is the one spoken of all throughout the Scriptures. He is the one
standing by you and waiting for you to ask Him in. He loved you and All people so
much He was born lowly, suffered and died and rose again so you and All may
live life abundantly in Him and with Him and for God.
Abba Father thank You for ears that hear, eyes that see and
hearts that bend to You. You are the God of Heaven and Earth and all there is
and ever was and ever will be. Open hearts to Your word, to the message of Your
Son, fill them with Your Holy Spirit, forgive them and may they come to be Your
children in Jesus name in union with the Holy Spirit. Amen
